Here are a few ideas on how to best live our magical moments.

Thank you very much for taking the time to read them carefully.

WHAT TO BRING?

CLOTHING

> Warm clothes (it will be between -4ºC and 4ºC brrrrr)

> Thick socks

> Possibly slippers (no shoes inside)

> Your best acro style clothing

> Your MATTS!

> A costume for New Year's Eve if you wish

DORM

> Inflatable mattress, pillow and sleeping bag (there is nothing on site)

FOOD & BEVERAGES

> Cutlery, plate, bowl, cup, ecocup glass, water bottle (Please avoid plastic

bottles)

> Your breakfasts, lunches, snacks and drinks

> For New Year's Eve a bottle of your choice (from fruit juice to champagne)

> If you are already registered in community cooking, the dinner will be concocted

collectively. Remember to join your team at 7pm sharp on the day of your shift.

>If not, it's up to you to see what you want to do for dinner (get together with others

to cook together, do your own cooking, fasting stoically;) )

The kitchen will be shared with kindness and fairness between the groups, subject of

course to a vigilant respect of the equipment and the place.

INSTRUMENTS AND EQUIPMENT

> You are welcome to bring whatever you want to share with us: musical

instruments, massage tables, slacks, lanyards, kitchen equipment, etc...

However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage. You are completely free to

establish rules for the use of what you are kind enough to offer. And we ask everyone

to respect these rules with common sense, respect and kindness.

WHAT TO AVOID?

> Thank you to avoid as much as possible:

plastic, disposable/disposable items, overpackaging, industrial food

SAFETY RULES

In order for everything to go well for all of us and to feel safe, we ask you to

scrupulously respect the following rules which are, for the good of all, non-negotiable:

1. No information, photos or videos on social networks.
2. Park your cars or vans as much as possible in the hidden parking lot of

the Castle.

3. No more than 5 people outside the Castle at the same time.
4. No telephone on the 4G network, too easily bounded. Full digital detox

or, for the bare necessities only, wifi.

We will ask you to sign a written commitment to this effect upon arrival.

OUR ACTIONS

- Respect the premises
Forbidden to sleep on the sofas of the castle dear friends

- Be super careful with water!
Many of us, if we consume without counting, the risk of blowing up the electrical
system or the water heater is great. That everyone does not have the sweet
happiness of a hot shower even more ...
Be nice to your acroyogi friends: ONE shower per day of 2 to 3 minutes maximum.
Thank you for your vigilance on all your water and remember to turn off the taps
while you wash your dishes, brush your teeth, etc...
Let's be minimalist with water and electricity ️ and maximalist with fluidity and
positive energy ♂️

- LNT
Leave no trace
Park, outbuildings, bedrooms, common rooms, kitchen, bathroom and toilet should
have no traces of our passage other than our beautiful energy.
Thank you for your conscience and vigilance in this sense.

- 0 waste / 0 mess
Whatever our activities, let's make sure they have as little negative impact as
possible. Let's plan for what we really need and no more.
We will have to manage our waste, so our garbage.
Thank you for respecting recycled sorting and keeping in mind that the best waste is
the one that doesn't exist ;)

- Physical security
Of course in our acroyoga practice, as in all others, we ask you to pay the utmost
attention to the respect of physical integrity. The acro spots, the attention to the
equipment in the kitchen in particular are essential.
We cannot be held responsible for possible accidents and therefore invite you to use
common sense and to be vigilant for yourself and for others.

Dear lovely friends, before joigning us, you have to read and accept the following rules everyday at the Castle :

1   ► No information, no photos, or videos on social medias.

2   ► If possible, cars have to be hidden at the private parking garage of the Castle.

3   ► No more than 5 people outside the Castle at the same time.

4   ► No phone, except using WIFI (no 4G).

For those who will be proposing workshops and events, if you have any time constraints, please do not hesitate to let us know, and we will organise it all into a coherent programme. As far as the material is concerned (ex: sound system for the music, fabric for the costumes etc...) we will call upon our community of the Château du bonheur in the hope that the magic will work!

Futurs châtelaines, châtelains, nous sommes 80 et nous allons passer 168 heures ensemble!  Nous avons plein de choses à partager les uns avec les autres, alors je vous propose de faire de cette semaine un grand moment d’échange en organisant tous ensemble des ateliers et des événements. Que vous ayez envie d’apprendre quelque chose aux autres, réunir les gens ensemble pour créer quelque chose de merveilleux, faire une performance ou un concert pour divertir les autres ou juste organiser une soirée costumée, le choix est le votre. Atelier de confection de costumes, performance de musique ou de danse,  initiation à la danse de la pluie, pétanque déguisée, Thérapie du rire ... le ciel est votre limite. Partageons, échangeons pour nous rapprocher, créer des souvenirs magiques, apprendre des choses sur soi et les autres, se ressourcer.

Pour ceux qui proposeront des ateliers et évènements, si vous avez des contraintes horaires n’hésitez pas à le préciser, et on organisera le tout en un programme cohérent. Pour ce qui est du matériel (ex: la sono pour la musique,  tissu pour faire les costumes etc…) on fera appel au sein de notre communauté du château du bonheur en espérant que la magie opérera!
